WHAT I DO NOW

I now work in hybrid capacity using WAGILE (Waterfall and Agile) project management methodologies for programmes and projects both for conventional projects and in digital projects. My capacity covers development of project mandates, projects plans, requirement gathering, project elicitation capturing, stakeholder’s analysis, risk analysis, work breakdown schedule (WBS), business case development, process map framework (AS-IS) development, gap analysis, development of To-Do, benefit review plan, creation of epic and user story/journey, development of acceptance criteria, creation of business requirement documents creation of wire frame, keyscrenes, navigation maps, feature map, coordination of developers’ task and the use of project life-cycle report templates for real-time reporting.

I can work as Programme Director, Programme/Portfolio Manager, Project Manager (Senior and intermidiate), PMO Lead, PMO Analyst, BA Lead, BA analyst in rare case but can willing support BA team as backup.

SOME PROJECTS ACHIEVEMENTS 

  • Development of Real Time Medical Emergency & Risk Information Management System (MERIMS) for Rivers State to Manage Present and Future Health Emergencies as well as regular health interventions.
  • Led the coordination of COVID-19 Risk Communication and Community Engagement in Rivers State.
  • Production of weekly News Letter for Risk Communication and Community Engagement.
  • Management of official email, Instagram, twitter and facebook page of Rivers State Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE)
  • Engaged, trained and coordinating 13 teams of COVID-19 Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) for Risk Communication and Community Engagement.
  • Coordinating Inter-ministerial and Inter-sectoral Platform for Risk Communication and Community Engagement on COVID-19 with over 50 CSOs/NGOs/Private Sectors as well as Government Parastaters as members.
  • Supported 1 LGA to become Open Defecation Free (ODF) Certified in 2019 in Akwa Ibom
  • Technical supports were given to partners in 5 States to increase the number of additional people living in ODF Communities with 589,962 people in over 700 communities;
  • Through my technical supervision and management, partners in 5 states were supported to provide access to potable water supply for over 1,000,000 people through provision of over 1000 water facilities in over 1,000 rural communities;
  • I gave direct supports to partners in 5 States to procure 438 units of Sanitation Facilities in 219 Schools and 124 Units in 62 Health Centers with appropriate handwashing facilities;
  • Supports were given by me to LGAs Partners in 5 States to build the capacity of 1151 community WASH Committee (WASHCOM) with over 12,000 memberships to own and manage their WASH facilities with expanded capacity to resolve conflicts.
  • Under my coordination, we were able to build the capacity of 616 communities to implement Water Safety Plan as well as Rural Drinking Water Quality Monitoring and Surveillance with knowledge of safe Household Water Management.
  • I was able to conduct State-wide WASH baseline for Osun State in 2017 making Osun one of the very few states in the country with state-wide data for WASH.  
  • Through the development of advocacy documents, I was able to leverage government resource as counterpart and operational fund for “WASH hardware construction” amounted to $2,073,456.95 in 3 States.
